［計画概要］

食の人たちが集まるハブのような場をつくれないだろうかと妄想している。名づけて、「北野ORGANIC FOOD ARTISAN DISTRICT計画」。保健所の許可が取れるキッチンを初期投資が少なく借りることができ、かつ別職種のユニークな事業者さんたち（カメラマンや編集者やデザイナー、IT関係など）とつながりができる環境を、食の事業者さんに向けてつくり出せたら。フリーランスのフードデザイナー、ケータリング＆弁当屋、食加工品事業者、焙煎所、食輸入業者などの方に関心を持ってもらえれば幸いだ。

今、商業ビルのオーナー同士で議論をしていて、実際に借り手の目処がつくなら何か事業化をしようと計画している。

We are currently discussing ideas of having a hub place for food business people. In the place, we hope to create the space that food related small business can rent out a kitchen with city permission without large investments and can work with other freelancers such as photographers, editors, designers, and IT specialist for making the business successful. We hope people like freelance food designers, catering or bento business, food producing business, coffee roasters, and food importers. Building owners in Kitano are discussing now and if many people are interested, we might make this into reality.
